Thanks for taking time to read the Clubpenguin Tribuna forum rules. We would like to note again that discussion of Clubpenguin hacking is not allowed and that you must be at least ten years old to register for the forums. Failure to comply with these rules will result in an immediate ban-- if you're underaged do not pass go and do not collect your $200.00; instead, turn around and log off. If you're elegible to join and do not plan on promoting in-game hacking for Clubpenguin, continue on.
1. NO OFFENSIVE/ADULT MATERIAL
-Offensive/adult material is the posting and/or messaging of content that minors (age seventeen and younger) would not be legally allowed to view or that their parents/legal guardian would not allow them to view. This includes (but is not limited to) pornography, blood and gore, and shocking images/video.
2. NO SWEARING
-Swearing is prohibited to protect the younger viewers of the site. Swearing is an autmoatic infraction and if you swear more than three times you will be banned for twenty four hours. This is not a loose rule!
3. NO ILLEGAL DOWNLOADS/WARES/KEYGENS/ETC
-Posting and/or messaging illegal downloads, wares, keygens or things in that category (like game trainers) is a one way ticket to ban land forever. You will not be given a second chance if you post or message these.
4. NO SPAMMING/FLAMING
-Spamming/flaming on the forums is not allowed, and since there is normally confusion regarding this rule I will take the time to explain what each of these things are. Spamming is posting of stupid.pointless.annoying.messages, normally those that lack proper grammar and spelling or make no literary sense. This can also include posting just a smiley, too many smilies and just quoting another user. If you quote someone, please make an effort to respond to what you quoted, or better yet just don't quote it at all! Flaming is posting a hurtful message on purpose (i.e. jackson ur such a nooblet). Flaming is pretty simple to understand and is really not accepted here, so please do not flame other users.
5. NO ADVERTISING
-You are only allowed to advertise in your signature, meaning no post advertising, no uploading avatars directing users to your site, no mass-messaging users advertising your website, NONE of that. This is NOT an advertising board!!
6. NO DISCRIMINATION/RACISM/
-Okay, this much is obvious, we do not want you to discriminate against other users because of their political stands, religion, general beliefs or looks, nor do we want you to treat users of another race with disrespect or prejudice. This is really nothing that is appreciated by the staff or the other users; just remember, your opinion really does not matter to anyone else, and you're certainly not going to be able to easily change someone elses, so don't risk the infraction (or ban!).
7. DON'T DOUBLE POST OR RAPID POST
-Double posting is, in general, posting two times or more in a row (meaning no one has posted after you). Rapid posting is constantly posting back and forth with another user like you're in a chat room (we DO have a chatroom if you want to talk like that). These are both not allowed on the forum and you can be punished with a warning up to an infraction if caught in the act.
8. DON'T TYPE IN HARD TO READ COLORS
-Posting in hard to read colors really is meaningless-- unless you're posting a spoiler... well, use the spoiler tag! Yeah, we'd like it if you didn't post in hard to read colors.
